1. Introduction
Please read these policies carefully before registering for the Dental Administrative Assistant training offered by Dentavenir. By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read these conditions and agree to abide by them.
2. General Enrollment Conditions
Registration is personal and non-transferable to another session or person.
No refunds will be granted after registration has been confirmed.
The student acknowledges having read these policies and agrees to comply with them.
Dentavenir reserves the right to modify dates or merge sessions if the number of registrations is insufficient. Affected participants will be notified by email.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before the start of the training.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, and Afterpay.
Available options: one-time payment or 4 weekly installments.
In case of unpaid balances, access to the training will be suspended with no possibility of refund.
No refunds, cancellations, or payment deferrals are possible after registration.
4. Registration Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent to you by email once payment has been completed.
A few days before the start of the training, you will receive your platform login details.
For cohort-based training, spots are limited. A waiting list may be created if the session is full.
5. Student Commitments
The student agrees to follow the training under the terms provided.
Sharing, copying, or distributing the content is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate suspension of access without refund and may lead to legal action.
Absence from a session or virtual meeting does not release the student from their payment obligations.
6. Policy on Termination and Non-Payment
All registrations are considered final and non-refundable.
In case of non-payment or non-compliance with the terms of use, Dentavenir reserves the right to terminate access to the training without notice or refund.
Any fraudulent use of the content may result in legal proceedings.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Information provided during registration is strictly used for training management and is never shared with third parties.
The student agrees to receive emails related to their training (practical information, reminders, updates). They may unsubscribe at any time.
8. Acceptance of Conditions
By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these enrollment and payment policies.
